Does the app issue e-invoices by itself?
The app triggers the sale; the Laravel backend validates, queues, and issues the e-invoice with the PAC. Fiscal rules and credentials stay off the device.
Does it work offline?
Limited offline mode (catalog, cart, queued sales) with sync when back online can be designed. Offline scope is defined in discovery based on your operations.
