API / ERP integrations
Orders, inventory and customers live in separate systems; your team wastes hours on Excel and manual errors. I deliver API/ERP connectors that sync inventory, orders and billing with retries and monitoring. I have connected ecommerce with local and international ERPs, logistics APIs and e-invoicing systems. Each integration includes documentation, failure alerts and runbooks so your team operates without a developer for every incident.
- Ideal for

Frequently asked questions
Which ERPs or systems have you worked with?
I have integrated with local Panamanian systems, QuickBooks, custom REST APIs and legacy platforms via CSV/webhooks. In discovery we evaluate your system docs and define the most viable connector.
What happens if the ERP is down or changes its API?
Queues hold messages and retry automatically. I configure alerts so your team knows immediately and log every attempt for audit. If the API changes, the connector is updated with versioning.
Is sync real-time?
Depends on the system: webhooks for instant events (new order, stock change) and scheduled polling for systems without push. In discovery we define acceptable latency for your operations.
